From meetings to dance classes to aerial practice and more, this beautiful space is a perfect canvas for your booking!

This 2,300 square foot space has a private entrance, rolling dock door, large mirrors along one wall, a kitchenette with stove and fridge, and 2 seating areas (One featuring a dinette set and the other sofas).

Our Great Room, nicknamed due to its rather large size, was recently renovated with stained concrete flooring throughout. However, we do have Marley dance flooring and carpet bonded foam acrobatic mats available.

This rental space is not only a perfect party rental space, but it is also a great space for creative classes, meetings, dance classes, aerial classes, or other events that require large space along with the ability to accommodate a larger number of people.

  • $150.00 / hour

    $750.00 / day (8+ hours)

  • How many people can fit in the Great Room? It will accommodate approximately 60 to 70 people.

    Are live bands or DJ's allowed? Amplified Music is permitted in the Great room. Amplification equipment and a stage are available for an additional fee.

    Can we bring food or drinks? Food and beverages are allowed in the Great Room but not on special flooring (Marley, foam mats).

    Can we drink in the Great Room? Beer and wine are permissible but must be served by a TABC licensed bartender. Hard alcohol is not permitted .

    Is the space handicap friendly? This building is NOT wheelchair accessible.

  • Your reservation at Soar is customizable to your needs. Needing a stage, speaker, additional chairs, etc…? Soar can offer add-ons to your reservation for an additional fee(s).

Quick Tips

  • To get started, select the space of your choosing.

  • Then choose the length of time of your reservation.

  • Next select the date and start time for your booking from the calendar.

  • If you’d like to add additional time to your reservation, click on the start time of your booking and then click on “Select and add another time” to increase the amount of hours for your booking that day.

  • To make a recurring booking (like for a class), click on “Select and make recurring” to make this booking repeat.

  • Once you are done selecting your date(s) and time(s) of your booking(s), click on “Select and continue” to finish the booking process
